I reached Novice Chef with a great deal of enthusiasm, worked to Mix 1 and within a few loaves of bread of Mix 2

I've put it on hold for now though, developing other skills. I think what I might do is drop my chefing (I'm still at the stage where artisan food is better, lol) and come back to it once it has at least something going for it

A fix of the stat bug would change my mind - but I dont want to be in the position of developing my skills then waiting in hope that I'll get a chance to actually do something constructive with them

I'm very disappointed, chef is the class I really want

Still working on it (1-0-2-2) to be honest mainly because my buds think the group needs a chef. Not playing nearly so often any more then. Beginning to lose faith.

Most of the more outspoken chefs on the boards have left and I was wondering who exactly I was working for. It'sheartening to know that so many of us are still here.

I'm still on the way to Novice Chef - actually, I'm still on the way to Dom IV... Does that make me the most casual player on this board?

First Master of Tarquinas, out shooting big nasty monsters with a pistol as I slowly, slowy, build my Ultimate Chef Backpack of Doom (all the ingredients for all the recipes). Still here, but I haven't made a single Sunburn for weeks and weeks.

Boy, if they fixed Chef, wouldn't that be awesome?

I am cursed asa Merchant/Chef/Swordsman and will be 4 boxes short of mastering those 3 once final template is done. Either Swordsman or Merchant will be taken down a notch, but Chef will remain mastered regardless of what any Holocron will say.

I have Entrees 3& 4, Desserts 4, and Mixology 4 to go. If the class gets no love by that time, I'll be really annoyed and may drop chef. To what, I have no idea. Not a crafter that is for darn sure. My second character is supposed to be more fun than dealing with poison food.

Novice Chef here. I refuse to grind though, so I only make what will sell on the bazaar. I've been averaging 3 meatlumps and 2 wastril breads a day, unless my BioEng guildie is on, then I"ll grind as much soypro as he can produce enhancements for just so he gets some nice uxp. Just letting chef coast until it is fixed. It's not like I don't have enough pistol exp to work on anyway in the meantime!

So long as Entrees 4 gives me the title Iron Chef, I shall remain with this profession.

On a side note, I was a Commando back when a flamethrower had the same DPS as a CDEF pistol. I'm hoping Chef gets the same treatment commando did. Then I'll have gone from being in two of the worst classes to two of the best classes, without changing any skills

2/2/4/4 on Lowca. Just managing harvesters and grinding right now because my vendor isn't doing a lot of business. Everything is sort of on hold for me right now. I am close to Master Merchant now so I am managing a couple of other vendors for my PA too.

I'm still here, but basically have become an alt, so I can actually DO things in game besides check the vendors. Of course one of the few reasons left for PLAYING a Chef just got given to the musicians/dancers:
