Wow...

All I can say is that I didn't even know that there even were this many chefs. Round 2 of emails going out today. If you've already received it and I happen to send you another one, just ignore it, I didn't keep a list of who got them in the first round, so I'm going to err on the side of caution as send it to too many people as opposed to missing out on some of the people who asked for it.

So I guess that should read..
