If you need to be on constant bivoli you may get more out of a longer duration 3 use then a 4 use

What I meant was with 4 use bivoli, you will be spending all of your point to get it to 4 Uses. Then you have 4 uses for say 14 minutes. Or say you can get one that is 3 uses for 22 minutes. *Not sure if these numbers are possible just for arguments sake*
4 Uses = 56 minutes of buff time
3 Uses = 66 minutes of buff time
