When the clothing is equipped, the game engine picks the appropriate model for your character's species/gender so it shows up right. Just read this right now, must have missed it all the time.

Why not just copy/paste the look of the wookiee version of the chef-apron (the one every tailor can make) into the "Wookiee section" of the Crafters Apron?

It changes for noone, but if a wookiee equips it it looks like the Tailor one. Or like a Kashyyyk Hunting Armor for all I care.

Perhaps not the most elegant fix, but i'm sure the wook-chefs would love the devs for that.

Not sure how easy that is, but should be a lot easier then creating something new, since it just changes the look. Doesn't indroduce a new item, doesn't indroduce a new art.

I couldnt agree more about this issue. All my toons are wooks and 2 are master crafters (chef and architect) and i got hosed with both of em. its ridiculous that this hasnt been fixed yet. I like the idea of a npc to trade em in for wook versions, but i got a better idea. Remove the art completely! that means zero work on their part. That way we could equip the items and although we would technically be wearing them we would appear to not be wearing anything in that clothes slot. Simple enough. problem solved. And NO long pipeline wait for an art team to get approval from lucas on anything.

Good idea? yay? nay?
