lol, i think it was my post that you did another thing that helps immensely is ask the ppl on your server, some ppl like high % synthsteak, I found out that people on my server buy 33fil vercupti, so, you should ask them also

Heres the only problem with 33F vercupti.....

You get 3 uses to the 2 uses of double buff vercupti. However, the 33F has a Nut Value of around 500-600 and the 50F has a Nut Value of 1100-1200 (those seem to be the averages I've seen on double buff vercupti). So, with 3 uses of 33F you will get 1500-1800 HAM vs the 2 uses of 50F, 2200-2400.

Most players wont use 1 33F vercupti as a quick pick me up because 500-600 HAM can be reduced in combat very quickly. Maybe its looked at different on other servers, but 33F vercupti is a complete waste of time on Intrepid.

Well basicly you loose 115%-118% because you leave the filling additive, and you gain 50% since you can eat 3 instead of 2 (thats 50% more )

You also gain something more because you can experiment more points into Nutrition again (not sure how much have to go to filling after the additive). But I somehow doubt you can make up for it, you would have to hit at least 650 to make up for the buffvalue.

But most likely this Vercupti will last longer. 50% Vercupti usually only lasts 7 or 7:30 minutes. I guess you could make the 33% last for 9 minutes perhaps (as I said depending on how many points you need in filling)

Try to get as many amazings when making food.

Become 12 point as soon as possible.

Do not become lazy and use mediocre resources, your customers demand the best and so you should use the best.

Lot trade for more lots.

ALWAYS make food/drinks with BE additives, nothing else sells.

Befriend a bio engineer.

Don't just stick to brandy, canape, bivoli. Make other stuff, in time, it will sell.

Befriend your chefs, they're not your enemies, they're a free price quote , right Osrid (i know you'll read this).

Hi all

Just thought i'd say hi to the chef community. After about 8+ hours of grinding yesterday (on European-Chimaera so double xp) I mastered and have started mking a few stock items.

Not intending to do crated items as we already have a vendor who does that so it's more a hobby then a cash flow profession as my DE/SW pulls in the creds quite nicely.

Well, look forward to chatting to you all, bitching about bugged food and generally offering my novice opinion to the masters out there

Hi again Yiddo and welcome aboard.

I made my chef toon (Hywive)just to have a bit of a mess about with crafting. Now I'm hooked and play my chef more than I play Camelz tbh. Beware it is a bit of a time sink but great fun and very addictive

Thanks everyone, I am slowly gathering resources for food and drink recipes. Luckily with the support of 2 other chars credits are not a problem so I can make stuff at my leisure.

btw I know there is a list of foods that do and don't work, but what is the most common issue with broken foods? i have discovered the majority, if not all, pet foods have no effect but have been experimenting with thinks like bespin Port myself and cant say I've noticed the difference.

Thanks

only ones i can think of off-hand are don't bother with barrels, they're broken, i use large casks for everything but even small or large glasses are fine for experimenting to see where your points are spent best. creating drinks is bugged, the quantity doesn't show in the schematic or on the crate, so i make one first to see the uses, and then i put that inthe name so folks know what they're getting.

and parwan nutricake is diferent than most things, you have to experiment on flavor to get the instant burst-run effect, you'll want the umm multisaccharide thingies for that, i'm not on the right toon to check, but you can find several threads about making it. ruby bliel the way it actually works (as opposed to the description) duration doesn't matter, so i focus on filling then quantity there and leave duration alone.

that's the non-intuitive stuff i can think of for now.
