Is +25 a magic number? Meaning, is the effect noticeably different than a +24 bivoli?

Actually you'd hardly notice a difference. The current buff system is Base*1+Skill*Droid Rate*Faction Base Rate

So you'd be getting a 1.1% increase(assumingthey have a droid)in the power of your buff going from +24 to +25 for a maximum of +10 points on abuff.Thats why its better to buy +24/3use than +25/2use, though some people are stubborn and must have the uberest of stuff and nothing less.

I've heard from several docs that for some reason +25 helps a LOT more than it ought to. Don't have any real proof of this though, just hearsay on my part.

From my own testing, +25 helps out exactly like it is supposed to. There area few buff calculators out there, and it does +25 correct and +24 correct.

I think 26.5 is wrong too.

At 100% experimentation with a 116 additive, the bonus is 25.92
At 100% experimentation with a 117 additive, the bonus is 26.04

So, I'm pretty sure the max is 26.4

As a doctor I'd like to say there is only a very small difference between +24 and +25 bivoli. Right now I am using a crate of +25.67 and my buffs hit for 2469. The last batch of bivoli I bought was +24.69. Using those, my buffs hit for 2419.

Compare these numbers to the weeks immediately following the removal of random buffs. At that time, the highest Bivoli I could find was +14 and, using that, my same buffs would only hit for about 2300.

Havent checked this thread in a while but to confirm the 27 WAS a typo - i meant 25.272 - although forthe last batch i made it 25.05 for 15:24 instead since the decimal as stated makes no difference.
