I have my menu linked in my signature for stat comparisons. You carry a wide selection of foods, I'm very impressed. I'm unable to carry that many different lines -I'd imagine you're able to draw a wide variety of customers with all those foods. My prices are considerably higher - I could probably sell 100 crates per day at your prices with your foods on our server - just different economies most likely. Your location is a great spot, I have my main shop in a larger crafter/vendor community just south of Coronet also and the traffic through the area brings in new customers all the time. My personal feelings though are that I don't really like to do much travelling to find resource vendors and neither do most customers when looking for foods. So, I added extra shops. I have found that my Dantooine shop is now by far my highest selling shop.

Heres the current list of what I stock and what the prices r. Almost all these foods r best on bloodfin.

Restocked with better foods than what was on there b4!!! -1260 -3000 North of Bestine, only 400m walk from starport.Even though the foods get better I do not increase the price just b/c the foods have higher quality!!

Your menu looks pretty good, you match or beat most of my stuff. I didnt see any prices though, mind telling me about what you charge? Also, how many crates do you sell per day on average?

All of those are good, but would you mind telling me how many crate you sell a day?I have info from 3 different servers now, and it appears that on the whole each server has between 1-3 really dedicated chefs that all have roughly equally good foods while most of the foods are priced 50-100% more then mine and 20-25 crates a day is the average sales.
Anyone else for another server want to jump in? 3/20 isnt bad but i'd prefer to get info from 5 serversjust to make sure.
If i can get enough info i'll put together an industrial report for the forum, which should help prospective chefs understand what they are getting into.

I really don't keep track of how many crates I sell but I make anywhere from 5-15 mil depending on how stocked I am.

Yes, I run one of the top chef biz on Bloodfin. Others r Jaydin, Brett and Nunya. We 4 basically get most of Bloodfins biz. We make the best stuff on the server.
