This is the only place we can get the scroll that has Crafting Aprons.
AND the scroll gives a RANDOM choice of the four types (arch,chef,doc,tailor)
so no garuntee getting it will give you the Chef's

In fact, most of us tailors can't even tell what the schematic is. The only way to tell is to learn the schematic and see what the ingredients are. That is one reason why I can't take someone's schematic and make them a chef's or a medics apron. Those ones are in high demand and if the schematic turned out to be for something like the useless tailor apron I would definitely be getting the bad end of the deal.

well i guess i will have to get as many as it takes for me to make my toon a chef apron.
teke-----master artisan, master tailor, master chef, 0003 merchant and working on more
already starting to get orders and finishing them, customers very satisfied with my clothes still collecting the resources for the chef part but kind of enjoying crafting its a nice change up from pvp and loot hunting

Yeah, which schem you actually get is random. I got lucky and ended up with all 4 thanks to guildies
