Lol Tim!

Add me to the starsider/tatooine chef list.

As far as I know their are only two of us on Tempest so far, but at the same time their are so many noobs that don't understand the benefits of food yet. There have been a few educated people so far.

Mumu - Tempest - Novice Chef/Novice Tailor/Master Artisan

I would say the average at the moment is 1 per server. But chefs are a little different from many other crafting professions. Since our dishes and drinks are disposable, it's easier for upcoming chefs to sell their dishes and drinks, since the customer will come back for more. There is less competition between chefs on a given server... compared, for example, to tailors where there's only so many metal bikini's a customer will buy since they dont decay. With sunburn so early on newer chefs can also make some credits while climbinng up the skill tree.

I'm seeing on Flurry a bunch of new chefs, I think its great that people are giving (what I think) the most unpopulated profession a shot. What turns off most chefs is the tough experience grind needed. As of now, I have only seen 2 other chefs on this server, one with mix 2 and another almost novice. I guess its a growing profession. There will be more with time.

Do you think it is people switching from one profession to another or just new players who just bought SWG? .. it sounds like you can make good money with the tatooine sunburns.. Is it possible to even get drunk ? hehe

Starting to sound like we will have a decent showing of chefs on all the servers now Sorry I missed you other guys on Starsider. I look forward to visiting your Bars Bistros Cafes Cantinasand Restaurants. I loved the bar that Beav had in his place on Tat. Really looked great....might have to steal that idea

For the longest time, I only saw 1 other chef on Eclipse. I do searches frequently and I always search when I get off the shuttle. I'm the only Iron Chef I know of, but I've started seeing more and more Novice Chef's out there - especially in the Bestine area. I'm out of Mos Espa, I'll look for you in game, Cadre.

I have a vendor in my home. I never liked the Bazaar in beta, haven't even looked at it since release.

argh... and I thought I was trying to take the road less traveled... after what I've read it looks like I'm jumping on the chef bandwagon

No way.

For even the moderately populated servers there are AT LEAST 20-30 Novice Chefs with 4-8 Masters. And each passing week comes more Masters.

Id say theres a handful on each server, but Im seeing them more and more on Corbantis, although a few just said they got it becuase they had excess general crafting experience. The highest chef on Corbantis is ReblS, I think, whos 2 boxes away from master, if Im mistaken.... then I am.... Anyway its still fun to run around and have people get excited and say theyve never seen a chef before, makes me glad Im not a l33t CH or BH.

I know there is at least 1 other Novice Chef on Eclipsebecuase he's in my PA. Other than that, I'm not sure. I haven't seen any on Tatooine and I rarely see ANY food on the bazaars. That either meansfood isselling reallywell or all the Chefs are all running vendors out of thier home.

We've got quite a few on Ahazi, I think the number is up to almost 15 now.

I know Nelson is a chef/businessman in Bestine on Corbantis! He is quite the cool guy! He's been Novice Chef for a coupleof days now, but he's been doing really well. His shop is up and going. He just needs milk, like everyone else in that profession!
