I'm 11 pts and the vercupti i made is +1041 %49 fill 7 mins. The resources i use was IWHIMO (Endor Insect meat) , ICIO ( Lubricating oil) and ABLAT (Tubers) . You can check the stats on swgcraft.com. With a couple of lucky amazing successes i made this great vercupti.

50 fill vercupti is a tricky one, and with my current stuff i can only get to 51 (still sells tho 
) with +1026 for around 7m. And tbh you could make the filling with no extra points, but you're have no room for any extra power.
In the end thats all the extra points give, opitions. i mean i could make +409 for 45m brandy as 10 point chef, i'm now making 420 for 45-46m brandy as a 12 point, its just the option to put a little extra into power that makes such a big difference.

Its all about resources really , and not the points exactly . I have made several versions of 50 fill vercupti , one of them is 1009 h/a/m duration : 7min54sec and fill : 49 . i have 12 points so , take away 30 sec of duration (one expirimentation point gone there) and u ll have what a 11 points chef would do with my resources . One small detail , u' ll need an amazing of 5 or 6 points at fill. That vercupti was made with 980 ~ at Oq , Fill insect meat and 117 addives (pe isover 900 to).
As for the brandy , same with vercupti ,. I make 426 for 46 mins with 87 addives and 432 for 46 with 88 (yes we have those , but pretty expensive) , so if u take away 11 or 12 ( i dont remember exactly ) for each expirimentation point , u can again have a brandy as you want it . For all this u ll need the right resources (if ever spawned at your server) and some amazing at expirimentation .

Currently I'm at 11 points and making +418/39 min/21 or +404/45 min/18 brandy at 50 fill; +25.38 bivoli with 3 uses; and +995 vercupti at 50 fill. I had one batch of +1027/50 fill vercupti, but that was one of those once in a lifetime experimental successes. I spent a good part of the next batch trying unsuccessfully to repeat it.
As others have noted, the resources you use matter as much or more than the number of points you have. Crafting in a research center and using bespin and pyo cake helps a lot too. And patience, as it often takes several tries to get a good result.

My Co-Partner and I , managed to make some vercupti with fill 49, power 1063, we are lucky , that we have the vercupti market on our server and plenty to make still
and plenty to make still Made with insectmeat on DR900+, OQ 900+, we use 117+ add. and Lub.oil with DR999 , and the tuberswith very nice stats too 
We havent been so lucky to make the brandy assome of you other chefs make, but our best is +418 - 46min or +436 - 43.30min
