I'm pretty new, but I'm trying to stock as many different foods as I can. I'm making it a point to ask my customers via email what they would like to see on the vendor and I'm getting some surprising answers.
I am currently stocking:
Bivoli
Havla
Brandy
Synthsteak
Garmorrl
Ornacheck
Veghash
Ithorian Mist
Blood Chowder
Air Cake
Thakatillo
Vercupti
Canape
Ahrisa
Starting tomorrow I'm going to cook up 5 crates of Burnout Sauce (3 for a special order, 2 for the vendor) and probably 10 crates of Exo-Protein Wafers. Over the weekend I'll drop a few more different foods on there.
I think I'm mainly doing it because I like making different things and having plenty of variety on my vendor, but it can't hurt to have the stuff there for people to buy if they want. I've only been a Chef for a week and I think I have more variety than most vendors on Corbantis (at least the ones I've seen)

That's strange about the Thakatillo....I've sold 10 full crates of it at 180k a pop in the last few days. My stuff is +100 def. vs KD. I think it's going to be one of my most popular foods.

I tryto make as many of the foods as I can... even the low end stuff. Sure, it may not sell well (or at all) but maybe someone is looking for it, they can check it out.
Once the emphasis on the mind goes down, I can think of plenty of drinks that are going to sell well.
