Ruby was one of my last hopes to fighting jedi. Now it's gone. If the jedi has any jedi healing.....I can't stand up to that.
Not that bad. With 2300 health healing every minute (with Stim-D and Rubby Biel) and novice Doctor (just fits in with M-BH and any M-Ranged Combat) with good shirt (+18 healing) can work miracles

I know this is a bit off topic, but ... novice doc with that template is the same skill points as 4000 CM and with cm, you get more healing effectiveness and better heals

Amazing how everyone else in this thread glossed over the one post that showed the extra-ordinary power of Ruby Biel.
And not a single poster looked to filling as the answer.
Read again folks.
TAKE A STIM (1 second)
DRINK RUBY BIEL (2 second)
TAKE A STIM (3 second)
It doesn't change the stim roundtime to 30, It clears your stim timer altogether. It is good for 1 use.
Filling is the only thing that matters when making it.
Is it bugged? Obviously.

I think if it did make your stim time 30 seconds for 20 minutes it would be kinda overpowered.
I use it when Im going to take on 4 level 79's at once. Make sure haven't done a stim in last minute, pop a Rudy (and synthsteak as well) , then attack. I can use stim D, then 30 sec later use it again, then 30 sec later use it again.

Nobody has replied because it's not that big of a deal... I'd much rather have it working for 30 seconds a pop for the full duration.

so at the moment does quality not matter when making it? Just reducing the fill?

Just focus on DR / OQ to get the filling lower, as that is the only stat that matters. Don't need any additives. I tried using a Light Filling Additive but it only lowered the filling from 16 to 13-14, so definitely not worth it IMO.

Has this been tested pvp and pve?
I swear when I go krayt hunting solo I CAN heal every 30secs and it does last the full amount.
But when fighting jedi it seems to disappear quicker... is there an attack that might debuff this drinks effect? Perhaps Stun or something?

I used to use this stuff constantly when fighting jedi as a BH.
Think of it this way.
With 20 filling ruby you can drink 5 of them back to back.
Now your stims are what, 1100 max-ish?
That's 5500 damage you can burst heal in seconds outside whatever conventional medic skills you have.
Pretty damn useful. I've made several higher level jedi flee from me using that because they figure I could do it indefinitely (you can't of course).
I'm not sure I'd prefer 30s stim roundtime more than how it works now to be honest. In high damage fights you want max healing ASAP.
