5-7k usually for a crate.. gotta figure in how much money you're losing when you're devoting a factory to something like Charde that doesn't sell well and has a bad profit/resource ratio, as compared to using that factory for something like Fishak, or on my server, Ryshcate/Sunburns. On my cantina bartender vendor, though, I sell them at 100 creds per stack, renamed cutesy-like.

Honestly, there are not enough chefs on any galaxy to have a competitive market, you can theoretically charge whatever you want and someone WILL buy it. So you can have 2 chefs one selling it for 10k a crate the other for 110k a crate, and both will sell.

I'm probably the absolute cheapest chef to ever play, but i use my mad pike skills to cover any costs that i incur. Basically its 10cr/charge/use (like grenade pricing) on any item and if it takes components i add another 10cr/component i use unless its a pain in to make like sunburnswhere I start with a base price of 200 and for every chargeI add 50 creds. I haven't mastered yet (waiting on the food changes and i don't want to lose MMus) but will get to it after I finish Mastering Pikeman because i want to do it, holos aren't for me,I can play any other SW game and be a jedi, how often can i be a chef?

anyway that is my 2 cents on the matter

I developed a pretty complex formula once I hit MA for my foods, because I wanted to justify charging more for items that had better buffs, even compared to the same item i made 2 DomArts boxes ago. Hope you like long forumla strings, cuz I do:

[total all buffs]*[longest duration of all] / [number of stats affected] / 500 = price per dose, then

* doses per single item, and

* items per crate where applicable.

When I total the buffs and times, i include all the negatives too, because I strive to reduce the negatives as much as is possible, and feel it's fair to take a price hit when something gives a negative. As an aside, simply by dint of Shadowfire being low-population and things, I never charge under 200 for a single item, or alternately 4000 for a crate no matter what the formula says, I just don't think it's worth my time to sell lower than that, and darn it, that's the least I want for something I use a slot on my vendor or on the bazaar for.
