Yes, Air Cake, Pikatta Pie, Vegparsine and Thundercloud all work. The problem with Vegparsine and Thundercloud is that you have to re-equip your weapon after eating it.

I tested all this with my jedi. The first testwas the Pikatta Pie / Air Cake, which you wont see a lot of misses, but you'll see a significant damage reduction. These also stack with Synthsteak / Exo-Protein Wafers.

When I tested Vegparsine, I was in battle already, then ate the food. There was no result. While still in battle, I re-equiped my lightsaber, and saw a significant increase in the misses.

I use these foods myself, and sell a lot more than I can use. I'm surprised though that Pikatta Pie is less popular now than pre-CU, because its just as good as it used to be.
