I like to make 25 filling Ahrisa, so tends to be weaker, but leaves more room for food combos, and still has long enough duration that it empties and allows stacking of a couple at the same time while still being "empty"

Yea comparing with the rest on your server is probably the best. The max I can go is +408 46-47 minutes on mine. All resources I have that allow for a larger buff I can't get close to 45 minutes withing a lot of amazings.
