somebody posted once that experimenting it to 100% causes it to be buggy and not work I think? and the 99% is the best usable form of it

(Wheee, my first post)
I've seen smuggler's delight at 101% on Kettemoor, but I've heard that it's bugged. Does anyone know? I'm thinking of using it for a group i'm taking to the DWB. I also have a crate of 99%, but even a 3 second downer could drop us there...

I dont stock a vendor with it, but I do provide it in bulk orders to a Master Smuggler who sells it on his vendor. He gets tons a traffic for his spices, and can sell a lot more of it than I could on my own.
If you have a Mastered combat skill, or an alt that does, you can rack up a TON of milk in a single buff session. I think the most I ever got in a single buff session was 15k of milk.....but I am sure you can get more than that. Dant and Dath are the best places to get milk from what I have seen. Dant probably is a bit better just because there is no real danger of getting killed or agroed by something else.
The only issue I have with SD is that it doesnt appear to be profitable. You have to use decent resources and additives to get it to 99%. That, plus the milk, makes it a bit expensive and time consuming. The Smuggler I supply actually sells it at a LOSS just because it brings in so much business. I wouldnt mind seeing it require only 1 bantha butter instead of two....it would make it a bit easier to make and keep stocked.

Well hell Charm. Glad to hear that. I knew you had changed your prices, but I didnt know you were finally able to make some money off of it. Good times. I'm not in it for the money, its just fun to make something different. But I was worried that you were still taking a loss like you were in the beginning.
And for the record, it was Charm-o-shaun that told ME about the /harvest milk command. Ever since then I have been a milk-harvesting fool. In fact it was the discovery of that option that has allowed me to lower my prices so much. Milk was the biggest hurdle to providing crates upon crates of SD at a time. Now, that is no longer a problem.
So yay.

Well just about any female animal will drop milk. SD uses two identical Bantha Butters, which are made from milk and fruit. So basically you need a ton of milk to make SD.....1000 unites per crate of SD I think. It doesnt matter what milk you use, any milk will work. For the most part, I collect from Picketts on Dantooine.

I would be the Master Smuggler that Master Chef Vomit is referring to
I don't sell it at a loss anymore due to your generous price reductions. I actually make a profit of 5k per full crate of 25. While that is peanuts, it encourages greaters sales of my spices which is what I am looking for. I also do it just because it feels nice being one of the few (if not the only) seller of SD on my server
Regarding the food, 99% is indeed the highest experimented type that works. Chef Vomit has made some good points regarding SD's Milk requirement. However, the simplest solution to make this food really really useful would be for the devs to simply increase the stack size to anything greater than 1.
I don't know about all the Chef foods, but I have used Vercupti, Synthsteak, Pikatta Pie, Thaktillo, Vegash etc. and they ALL have stack sizes greater than one. SD only has a stack size of one which is a major limiting factor.
And Chef Vomit is right about the Milk. It is actually quite easy to obtain if you use the /harvest Milk command. If you are paired with a Ranger who can lead to you spawn after spawn of Pikets, you can get a good supply ofMilk in no time at all. The stats are irrelevant as well so any quality of Milk will do.

I think that if Smuggler's Delight were easier to make, either less fill/higher quantity/less resources it could have the potential to bring back the spice market. And as the previous posters have confirmed, smuggler-chefs enterprises could be created, much like Tailor-AS, Chef-BE. If something should the DEVs work out in a smuggler revamp is allowing the spice downer to be greatly reduced with the help of the Chefs
You could choose between consuming Canape, or SD+Muon. Sure SD+Muon would be potentially better (cuz it boosts mind also) but with more fill/higher price it could be balanced out.
Up with the spices
