This is who we have contributing so far:

Saitek - Design, Content

Slinar - Developement

Dakar - Articles/Writer

Lots of things to do, if there is something you would like to do just private message me, I can give youa task if you don't know what you want to do but want to help.

Also, from a design aspect, what do you guys want to see on the site? Color scheme and things of that nature. I will ultimately make the final decision but I want to know what you guys think since this site is for all of us.

Sounds good J.

Also, I want to know if there are caps on foods (from my experimentation it seems like there is), the chart lists many of the floors, some of which I think are inaccurate.

The floors are inaccurate... I suspect the person writing the chart just had a random set of ingredients at hand, some good, some not... I've gotten base values a lot better/worse before experimentation in the past.

Every time I get a crit failure on something I'll try and note down the real floor

Thanks, I first noticed it when I critically failed a Charde and it was way lower than the floor. I was also experimenting on some noodles, and notice that after 3 amazing successes the nutrition didn't move at all, making me think that there is cap.
It seems like the cap on Domestic Arts food is a lot lower than chef foods, so techically our foods are better, but you need to have Culinary Master.

Best way I can see doing this is letting people submit like the lowest # in a certain area they have recieved in making stuff and also have them submit the hightest. Then on the listings we say something like this food does Health 10-110... depending on experimentation and resources used...

I think I'll start writing some of these numbers down as I get them... should I post results here, or just make a new thread?

Ummm I have no clue... Guess I could go ahead and make a site for you all to submit this information at... OK brainstorm:

Fields Needed:
StatsDB-------(This will have the item's stats and will be user submited)
ID
Name
Health
HealthSeconds
Strength
StrengthSeconds
Constitution
ConstitutionSeconds
Action
ActionSeconds
Quickness
QuicknessSeconds
Stamina
StaminaSeconds
Mind
MindSeconds
Focus
FocusSeconds
WillPower
WillPowerSeconds

ItemDB--------(Quanitity for Each Item Static... Once built only touched when there are changes)
Name
Bone
Carbosyrup
Cereal
Dough
Fruit
Herb Meat
Hide
Labor
Meat
Milk
Mineral
Organic
React Gas
Soypro
Vegetables
Water
Wheat
Wooly Hide

ResourceDB-----(Prices User Submited... They will submit how much they bought for what price)
Resource
Price
Quanity

Now resources that are not in the ResourceDB will just use a default value of 3cr per resource... Now that is all I can think of right now... Does this sound right to you all?

It would be cool if we could get the XP rating on those base items too.

I've been updating it a little lately. What exactly are you asking for Saitek? And you guys are free to raid that data commentary for your swgchef site, if it's at all useful to you. Also, I put up an XML (straight from excel though, so not super useful) file as well (http://www.thehegemon.com/chef.xml) if you want a slightly easier time migrating it into mySQL. It'd be interesting to see how Trokk's set up his schematic DB on swgcraft.com

I am pretty sure that what QuixSWG is the floors on everything. For example, whenever I get a big failure on wastril bread it goes down to 30, which is what he has on his site. Never drops below 30, however.

That's going to take some concentrated research.... and honestly, I've been trying to get comfortable, and to Master Chef before digging deep and trying to figure out all the details. Half of that is also hoping the system shifts a bit before I get there, and we become a lot more valuable members of the SW Universe.
