Take a look at Vasarian Brandy. All three Mind stats buffed considerably. With BE additives, it seems to get even better, as I have read in another post that one can consume enough to garner over a +1000 to all Mind stats. Just as effective as Fishak/GGP, if even moreso.

But I will say that making buffs for a combat system that is not out yet is a little silly.
