Lying to your customers is good for business!

I wouldn't say he lied to customers. I knew thunderheart before he got the job, and even had a chance to talk with him on the phone...and thunderheart is a very honest guy...sometimes honest to a fault.

He is just really new and hasn't gotten good at judging how much work he has to do.

Well I think what is important SirVimes is that we trust you.

When we ask you a question you answer. You always give us the latest updates on what is happening with our profession even if that is telling us that changes are being made but can't give any details on what they are.

As long as we have you to answer my question I don't care what Thunderheart is doing.
