Ah ok I see, this is very possible, anyone who wants to right a story is welcome to and I will post it.

A list of known vendors that carry chef ingrediants at affordable rates for those times when you just got to have something and could not harvest yourself. Are there even such people? I see them all over the place for metals and such, but none for food ingrediants. Even on the bazaar, what little can be found is sky high prices.

As a novice chef, it has been quite difficult starting out for me to collect enough resources to keep up with finished good product demand and I've actually had to turn down orders due to lack of resources, much less have enough excess to grind for practice. I'm sure you've all been thru this and know what I mean. Finally managed to scrape up enough money to add on a couple more flora farms and keep them functioning. But it has been difficult.

I actually like having the lower buff values listed for the chef foods. The author clearly stated his results were with "average" ingredients. I'd imagine most of us use the best ingredients we can find. But shortages happen, so we're not all going to get top notch results all the time.

I point customers to that page constantly, and always add the note, "Those are average values for the buffs. With top quality ingredients and experimentation, I can do a lot better." Then they see the size of my buffs and are amazed. I'd rather have that situation than have them get their expectations up by looking at the list and then get all bent because mine are 2 points lower.

I agree... I think the lower stats should be listed, that way, if people see higher stats, they'll be like, "Whoa! Check it out! It's higher than what was listed!"

Instead, if you lists high, or even average buffs, then people could quite possibly say we lied to them if they see food with lower buffs in them.
