^ is an excellent method and cannot really be beat. Easily gathered resources and has all the high mod foods listed. There really is no other "best" way besides just crafting foods that are high complexity for each crafting level you attain, which is what was the goal of the FAQ.
Sorry you don't like the forum, good luck with the grind.

I saw you jump all over MrMindTrick for asking what the fastest way to grind is... You all pointed to the sticky thread, and it does nto say that that is the fastest way, i maen there must be a faster way using crates or premade stuff to make items with hight xp gain and since i want to know ill ask it too...
Why would it have to say that it is the fastest way? What would be the point at posting a way to grind chef that takes twice as long as other ways?
As people have pointed out there are only a few others that give more exp per craft than swirl. The grind up to those 2 are more difficult and time consuming. At the very best I would estimate you would breakeven because of the time you spent going up one more tier and starting the final grind.
What do you think the majority of chefs want to do? Yea we know of this super secret way of grinding chefs that we only tell to other masters. 500 crafts and your a master.

Why after the "rude" chefs where kind enough to answer your question would you jump down his throat asking for the fastest way? As if he had lied too you. He told you the answer. If you don't like it sorry, asking it again will not change the answer.

There is a general rule of thumb for crafting experience... It is directly porportional to the number of resource units used. So... and this goes for anything you may want to grind now or in the future... look at the number of units required to go into this, (subcomponents don't count). The more it has, the more you will gain. Now, if you want to see what has the most components used, you can check out the chef tree on swgcraft.com, or it can be found in one of the links on the sticky FAQ.
In case you did not know, practice gives you more experience than really making the item. The only exception to this rule is edible subcomponents with zero filling, since you get a 50% exp bonus when eating them.
Now that the polite part is out of the way.... *Throws cream pie at original poster*
