Yep, if you find a way to AFK macro grind, you have to use a 3rd party program, which is a no-no. You can macro everything BUT inserting the materials, but you have to be there to do it.

As the devs give you no experience whatsoever for using a factory, that should tell you something.

don't we get 5% xp for using a factory? i'm not being pedantic here, just thinking that if you have enough cash and/or rerouces you COULD grind these afk, it would just be HORRIBLY inefficient

Er, you're supposed to, but you get 0 instead. I THINK it's the food factory and not just food, 'cause I swear I never got anything for doc crafting exp either (once upon a time) but this was quite a while ago so it may have been fixed...

Your macro should only be4 second pause. With a 4 second pause, you can grind chef in 8 hours. 178 for practicing mist... * 15 in aminute is roughly 2.5k xp..2.5k * 60 = 150k xp in one hour..chef requires 810k to master. so technically, figuring in the wastril bread grind which is about 2 hours, and adding the remainder plus any mis cues you might have with crafting tools, the total time required to master chef is about 8 hours real grinding time.
