Lol i was just asking.
Don't put yourself in the line of fire, get a BH friend to do it, much safer.
But it should make interesting reading, hopefully one day i can take measure ments on jedi at several levels of LS, just to see the difference the different def foods make.

Just a question, were any of these tests done vs jedi?
Me and a few friends from my guild were discussing what foods work best for a BH helping them stay on their feet longer vs a jedi, pikatta was one of them, would be good to know if the results from these tests would be applicable to them.

I dunno how some Pikatta would work when used fighting against a Jedi but I do know that my MLS paddy gets great results from using 55% pikatta, especially against ranged BHs. Even the BHs have noticed that they hit me considerably less when I've got the pikatta on. It seems like it may have a more noticable affect when it's combined with LS block.

Very nice work, thanks for taking the trouble of all the testing, and better, sharing it with us.
You just made into my bookmarks, please someone sticky this or link it to FAQ or Food Help Guides.
Thanks Vomit.

you have earned a 5 star times 20 (but it won't let me do that
)
I must say if you are not recognized as the best chef on your server you should be!
I appreciate all the time you took to test all this out as it actually influenced my business direction, I will be offering Pikatta on my PvP vendor now as well as the others, and Air Cake on the PvE vendor. I am from Eclipse and we don't ever hear anything about these foods anymore (most people run around buffed, armored, with 2-3 brandy, and 2 ahrisa for PvE. While they use whatever catches their fancy for PvP)
Thank you

What food ? lol...not food, LS Resist Shield gen with an ADK on it ![]()
Seriously though, my BH guildies use Synth (out of system), Parwan and Thakitillo. That doesn't leave alot of room left for anything else, I think they munch on wafers if the fight lasts too long.

I use to think that was me, up untill Vomit really started getting into the business. It really is insane how good he is. When I run out my resources which will probably take sometime there is no doubt in my mind I will be buying food from him. Im actually willing togo as far as saying he is probably one of the best if not the best Chef in the game.

Nice testing...
Another one asked about Jedi and Pikatta Pie.
I personally never leave the door without it. Have done a few tests, although not as complete as yours.
But as a Jedi i can only say that it does make a huge difference in PVP. And the tests i have made with and 55% Pikatta Pie makes my attacker miss me close to the % of the Pikatta Pie.
A test made with a master Swordsman versus my Knight (which is master healer, and have nothing but +12 melee/ranged defense from Force Sensitive skills as passive defenses), after 48 attacks from the Swordsman we had a result of 22 hits and 26 misses. Made with the 55% Pikatta Pie.
And if you calculate a bit on it, it gets pretty close to the 55% of the food.
We have quite a few Jedi in our guild. Quite a few knights as well. And the Pikatta Pie is usually the difference between survival and cloner. And we're talking about PVP here... As a Master Healer i really have no defenses what so ever. And i can spot if my Pikatta Pie has run out instantly, on the amount of hits i take.
Current stock i make myself: 50% dodge, 27:12 duration, 27% fill, 5 uses.
As close i could get to the 30 minute full-digestion duration and still keep at least 50% dodge.
