This should probably be asked in the BE section however it is somewhat related to chef. Do you need master Bio-Engineer to create the tissues needed to make light, medium and heavy food additives?

Let me rephrase... do you need to be a 12pt BE to make good tissues? Or can I just go up that one line in BE so I can make my own tissues? Does medical experimentation help in the process of making the tissues?

yep it does I'm just looking for the most I can make with the least skill points seeing as I want to keep master merchant and master chef
