When working, it lets Docs/Medics heal/apply buffs much much faster

It's a food that gives a "recovery time" bonus. This reduces the time between doing a heal action (heal damage with a stim, healing wounds, buffing, CM ranged heal, CM poison/disease application) and getting the "you are now ready to X" message.

After the chef revamp, no one thought it worked at all (along with Ruby Bliel, which does the same thing at a lower power level). Then someone used an additive to get the bonus up to 100. A 100% reduction means that heals/buffs/poisons could be done with no delay.

Most people figured that was a bad thing (especially when CMs were using it), so it looks like the devs attempted to get better checks for a minimum heal time. Then things broke. It should get straightened out with a hotfix on Tuesday.

Has anyone tried Havla with bonus less than 100 to see if at least that's working?

Increases wound healing speed... anything 100+ currently causes a bug that prevents any healing at all.

Is havla working again, i havent tried it since the patch notes that said it was bugged. Has anyone used it since, and was there ever a patch that was convirmed to have fixed it?

Uses are bugged. 30 heal use havla = after 15 uses its gone (no matter what heal, from healdamage to healenhance)

Ah yes, i noticed that but i thought it was just me reading it wrong. That or i got ripped off by the Chef.
