I have been a master chefsince Tat Burn times. I find it hard. Currently I'm using someone elses factories which means only when they are not busy. My problem is that I AM a casual player. Some weeks I am on non-stop and others I am on once. I would love to do a cross server lot trade with someone who plays the same way. Please contact me if interested. I've heard it's better to use a cross server trade to drop things that don't need moved all the time like houses, factories, or shops (small houses not markets).

I run a large-scale chef operation, I use 16 lots.

5 lots : Cantina
6 lots : Factories
5 lots : Harvesters

Trick is finding the resource suppliers and paying them well. Keep your suppliers happy and they'll keep you in business, it's worth paying someone else to do your dirty work for you.

My fiance and I have three accounts between us. We started with one apiece, and then I decided I wanted to try chef back in August. My original character owns a 9-lot guildhall, so it became obvious we'd need an extra account to make it feasible. Now, we have 30 lots: 14 in guildhall/homes/tent, 6 factories, and 10 harvesters sucking up chef, tailor, and doc resources. I've actually found with the decreased demand and production time, I don't really need so many factories; I'll probably halve them, assuming I stay a chef. As far as I know, I'm the second-oldest still-practicing chef on Kettemoor, and I'll be sad to give it up.
