hrmm heavy with BER 15.....weve only had 13s available to us...are you sure on this?

I guess you're right, Nikii, I could've swore I saw the 4/10/15 progession somewhere, maybe the 15was on fusions. A quick browse through the architect board did confirm that 13 is the max people can get. {goes to update numbers}.

And yes, I know this is going to change, but....I guess the best answer I can give is that I felt it needed to be done. /shrug. Besides, there's a lot there with just general crafting info, that's not likely to change.
