I was and still would be completely content with a 75% yield on harvesting milk from a dead corpse. I never double-harvested. I never live-harvested. The process was completely unrealistic in terms of time cost vs. the reward. With no corpse harvesting, you would have to put the process up there with krayt hunting . If SOE folks intended for the economy to slow down and for the gap between the rich and poor to shrink, nerfing /harvest milk will do the complete OPPOSITE.

Just to gather some more info until I try it myself, is this happening even if you don't milk the creature while it's still alive?

Just wondering if you were able to get any more info on this, SciGuy or anyone else. Intentional or bug?

I was hunting the past few days and trying out a new combat profession and was so sad that I could not harvest milk. Sometimes, it's the only thing worth harvesting. I noticed that the Ewok/Korga type NPC's drop organics as loot now. It seems silly, since it looks like you can harvest all of those looted organics by the standard methods at a faster rate than killing NPC's. I wonder if they can be made to drop boatloads of MILK.

I guess I'm going to keep this bumped until there is any sort of official word or (/pray) fix.
