8 hours .....i did this in two days....i had all resources needed and paid the NPC for training

Some 3rd party programmers say it can be done in 3-4 hours....buy that would be the fastest anyone could be able to do it

It took me 3 weeks because I only grinded a box a day ... and then went out to play. But with the lovely crafting macro it should only take a day tops. I just hate to grind

2 days, and I have a job, an eldery grandparent to take care of, and nephews and nieces to watch, some people are just featherweights. It's easy as heck when you get to the clusjo swirl, no reason to take longer than 2 days. I just find it so funny that a lot of people make it out to sound like you have to have no life to master a profession

I started two chefs (on two different servers) the week the game was released. I think I mastered chef with the first one after about four months and with the second one after about six months. I enjoyed that Ithorian Mist so much the first time, I just had to do it again! =P

Friend of mine did it in a week, just doing a few hours each night.

I remember it taking me a month or two because all we had were windmills and personals to get the resources

All those Ithorian Mists..../shiver

I still remember the day I got Master was the day people started understanding macros also...grrrr

Same here, though I think the 3000 or so items you have to make took a chunk of my sanity with them

Check the FAQ sticky, it tells you how to do it and what resources you need.

I also HIGHLY recommend for anyone with a MS Intellimouse, bind a thumb button to 'double click' (done in Windows). That halves the amount of clicks you have to make right there!

3 days with the grind the chef FAQ says, was too fast, but the harvesters didnt work that fast, so i expended about half million creditson resources to grind it

Took me bout 2-3 days with 3-4 hrs of grinding, and shuttles to my city trainer, but I ground in theed looking for that ever so valuable AP, and I was spaming my merchant, to master with at the same time. I am glad it is done.
