"As with crafting a blaster or ANY other item, the crafting tool or station allows you to produce either a finished prototype or a manufacturing schematic. The finished prototype option produces a component or starship that you can immediately use. A manufacturing schematic does not result in a tangible item, but does provide you a schematic that can be used with a factory to mass-produce multiple versions of the item"
Having read that, it sounds like we should be allowed to make schematics, so what gives... why no option devs??? I think if you are going to publish this, you should provide us with the abilities.

It's not just ships, but everything that isn't a) sub-component of a module or b) a tool/paint kit/missile pack
All these engines, reactors, everything have to be made by hand.

I guess it won't be so bad after this has been out awhile... but I can tell you being one of the first Masters on my server, I am totally over welmed and burnt out just after one day.
