...because force feeding somebody when they don't really want to eat may give them a tummy ache.

I'd say the first new food I'd want would be a combat speed food/drink. I'm constantly asked for this by customers and I have to keep saying "sorry, you'll have to go jedi, find a doc, or buy some speed tapes."

As am I. I think this is a reasonable suggestion. Jedi has so little in common with the normal profs that it deserves to have something that is soley for it. I mean how many CH have a ton of food when they go on their hunts?

Because people would look as this as another reason to hate jedi even more for the so called 'special' treatment. I have grown tired of people dishing out crap just because other have choosen to play a certain profession.

Ok...so how about making it a village quest reward? Seeing as you have to be force sensitive, you could have a bacta equivalent for a force brew.
All of the other professions get their stims like the pistol speed/accuracy, rifle speed/accuracy (jabba's explorers on Yavin or Endor...can't remember which - they drop 'em heaps) so the other professions couldn't really complain, especially if the stats on the food/drink were roughly equivalent to what's already ingame

Oh, but they already are! No less than 4 people from my friends list have picked up chef in the last month and a half, and that's saying a lot because I keep my friends list reasonably nice and short.
