In my experience on valcyn there are 4 or5 chefs that have max exp and they do probably 90% of the business. As far as selling cheaper this may work for a bit but eventually you get to the point where you are losing money unless you have an exceptional arrangement with a BE. So what I would say is you need +12 points or a BE in your hip pocket. Anything less and it will be tough to get established and run a profitable business.
