Heh na I doubt it just getting an idea I was considering doing it but now I don't think so. I'm lookin at droid engineer but that does not make money at all really. Weaponsmith was fun and profitable for me and maybe someday I'll go back for that.

Net: I have NO clue. I'm a packrat and a splurge shopper so hard to keep track. ![]()
Gross: Typically 250K-750K daily, with the occasional day hitting upwards of 2M.
Whenever my bank balace hits close to 10M, it's time to go SHOPPING!

Since all make the same amount of money, which is easiest to master or actually sell things?

I believe armorsmith actually makes the most bank. Armor sales for a lot and has a high turn around. So people are always buying the stuff. Armorsmiths also have only one product that sales, composite. So you have a few set of resources you need to get.
Chef you are heavially dependant on BEs for the additives, have a good number of resources to track and need tailors to help to boot. A crafting grind is a crafting grind and only need to do it once. After that is what I would worry about. Do you have easy access to BE addtives? How about the resources?

What Meparch said. (Our vendors are on the same planet, and I think we both do pretty well.) You can make a lot of money as a chef, but you will work your butt off keeping up with it. And there's a lot of competition, so in order to do well you have to do it right. Quality products, a wide variety of products, and keep the vendor stocked. That's what keeps people coming back to buy more.

Hola All,
I'm not much of a forum poster but this one caught my eye. I became a chef just before the chef patch on bria and racked in the dough for a couple weeks. More than anything thou is the pure enjoyment of the chef profession.
I have to take my hat off to all you chefs that helped with the chef revamp, i love this profession. So much you can mess with and custimize as far as the food goes. Also I always have a blast finding a certain menu for PVP or PVE characters.
Point being now I only have a small shop and I agree armorsmiths make killer dough but money comes and goes. Buddy in my guild made well over 15 mill in a week. If you want to have fun crafting thou go chef.

I will throw the first seven weeks of my SALES into the mix:
Week 1 Sales 389,600
Week 2 Sales 2,555,480
Week 3 Sales 3,589,000
Week 4 Sales 1,794,700
Week 5 Sales 1,224,200
Week 6 Sales 564,000
Week 7 Sales 1,267,500
Week 2 Sales 2,555,480
Week 3 Sales 3,589,000
Week 4 Sales 1,794,700
Week 5 Sales 1,224,200
Week 6 Sales 564,000
Week 7 Sales 1,267,500
Total Sales11,384,480
Average per week 1,626,354
Some info on the numbers:
- Week 1 -was *just* after the Chef revamp
- Week 6 - I got very discouraged
- Week 8 - I have moved into a "mall" and that seems to have helped, I haven't had the time to crunch the numbers yet.
Even though I made 11 million (which really isn't that much) - I have spent most of it on Chef Tapes and starting resources.
I have enough resources now to create what I need (barring those special resource requirements) on hand at all times. I have 3 to 4 factories, two houses, and roughly 8 - 10 harveys going at all times. I use my main to get the meat I need. I buy resources when there is a good deal (price is right/resource stats are right).
I currently have about 2 million on hand with my two characters.
Hope this helps!

Wow,
My sales are not even close to Cami's. But then again I give most of my stuff to my guild. I've had 1 mill days...I've had some really low days too.(not many).
I have earned a fair bit of cash, but dropped most of it on:
1. +12chef outfit
2. Beer
3. a good gun.
4.Fast Cars
5.Dancers (I'm a sucker for a sweetie in ahot outfit)
6. more beer.
I've got enough bucks in the bank to keep me happy.Usually 5-7 factories cooking, using 12 points, and almost always using top notch resources.I usualluy have 5-7 harvs dropped on whatever is the best floral on Chilly, and get more dropped there by friends when something "really" nice spawns.
I've had thoughts to try some more marketing, but then I just goof off and go shoot stuff. Maybe one of these days I'll get ambitious and find a good marketplace/store somewhere and sell like a madman. but ....maybe not too

More marketing really does help. I know it increased my sales quite a bit when I adverised outside Coronet or Theed for a few days(vendor is on Dant). I don't advertise now just because I have a hard enough time keeping my vendor stocked.
Armorsmith is probably the easiest if you have the resources. No Beryillus copper though and your out of luck(along with a few other resources). Chef at least you will always be able to make nearly any food. The quality just might not be what your looking for. The same goes for every crafting profession though. Good spawns of resources might come every 2-3 months.
While I'm pretty closeto Cami's sales I have no where near that number of vendors. I tried opening up 1 more off planet and the upkeep on it was killing me. Stocking the vendors everyday was really getting to me. I'm impressed by anyone that has vendors on more than 1 planet.

Easily 700 million has passedthrough my handssince january (this character alone)
~18 million in deeds (~200structures/deeds total)
~15 million for my tapes (still assembly to go)
Weeks 1-6 ~500k per week
Weeks 7-10 ~3 milper week
Weeks 11-19 ~6 mill per week
Weeks20+ ~10 million per week (moved to a new location)
2000 items spread accross 4 vendors, one store still(singles, crates of 10 & 25)
~Over 50 million units of resources (~500 stacks)
I'm only at 10million atm, and have been for about a week (since I've moved). I've always put the majority of my money back into my business, and enjoy doing so. The most exspensive item on my vendor is Garrmorl (because of needing 80 units total of creature resources per cask, which I charge 5570c for...~139k per crate), and most likely always will be, because I always use the same pricing scheme, no matter what the stats are (so long as they're decent).
15 million credits was the highest on hand cash I've ever had.2 days lateri was back down to 750k credits after paying maintenance on factories, houses, harvesters and also the power. It's fun almost running out of credits...lol
