I'm making +735 10min 36 fill canape and I expect them to sell just as well as my +703 10min 36fill canape. I have asked around and there are many that think that to use 3 canapes in 10 min is a bit overkill and tend to use 2 anyway. Besides that also leaves room for some pie or other good stuff :. This is on eclipse however.

It all depends on what you're fighting.
For power players 33% filling is all important. Since Duration only 2/3rds of the time the canape uses through the digestion system.
Some stay in constant battle for for up to several hours with no time to rest.

I'm not so sure about that. I'm a Master Rifleman/Master Swordsman -- my alt is a master chef -- and I only take one dose of +711 canapes along with some good Brandy, and I can special as much as I need to without losing any mind. No need to take a second dose until the first one wears off. So filling isn't terribly important to me.
I agree that MOST people who PvP probably want the three dose variety, but there is definitely a demand for canapes with different stats.

I've made some Canape with 33% filling using +118 nutrient enhancements but I couldn't get to 10 minutes in duration. They were,
+703 focus, willpower, 33% filling, 6 use, 9m 28s.

Uhhh that's not true at all, I offer both kinds, 2 shot with higher potency and lower potency but with 33 filling, I can't make the 2 shot fast enough, they always sell out while the 33 always trickles off my vendors slowly.
Mostly cause the pvpers want all of their buff right then and there and they sacrifice 99 percent of their stomachs, while the smart pvper will settle for the 2 shot, save some stomach space for something like synthsteak.

Exactly. My +744, 40 fill stuff sells much faster than my 33 fill canape.

From my experience, canape with a high nutrition and duration sells better than the 33% filling variation.

I actually take a very different approach. I get around ~650 in the power, but try to get 14-15m on mine. People love the longer duration. I also go for 33% fill. If people really need the higher numbers, they can take more. However I think one is enough with some brandy. Get that armor on with enough secondary stats to use specials and recover mind. Ahrisa is by far a better seller though, again, because of the long duration, not the high power.

I swear my life by Ahisra, and strangely it never sells, as you said, most people only look for the high numbers and don't realize that at 41 minutes, ahisra kicks canapes Butt. Admittedly you don't get the regen since there is no willpower buff from ahisra, but honestly this has never hindered me, even when getting whaled on by black hole troopers and spamming specials, my mind bar barely moves, and I'm a twi'lek....

Funny we are on the same server, yet I sale it like crazy and you can't move the stuff. It is funny how you can get micro markets in this game. I did a double batch this week, already out of the first batch.

I think some people just dont try new stuff or variations of foods. I have been selling Parwan a bit after marketing it a little.
