Thread: Questions from a new Master Chef
I have another question not really related to the production of food directly. Should I stock pile on foods? Right now I beleive i have a stock of dr-816/fl- 859/pe-964/oq-768 berries. In the long run its much more efficent to harvest all my resources when im not producing food yes?
Ohh and if you all have any other suggestions shoot, I probably would be in a deep hole if it werent for the chef community =)
Hi all i am not a powergamer but i do seem to get through about a crate of 25 a week being a novice chef i dontknow much about how much u shud make but i think that u want to make smaller products and as i am a regular for brandy i NEVER buy non Be brandy cause it dosent make much difference against high lvl mobs so go with the Be stuff but dont make a full fac run m8 u want to keep some creds or ingrediants ofr orders and a rainy day.
Well that is my suggestion good luk ![]()
But yes, to strike it rich quick - trade-board-auction the BE stuff. To have fun as a merchant and make a lot of money over a long period of time - you'll need a lot more than brandy.

Side note - I sell a TON of unenhanced brandy on Kettemoor. It certainly doesn't bring in the dough like BE brandy (and I sell tons of that too), but most people bothering with non-BE brandy use throw-away resources (not at all saying you're doing that Kmad, just saying it's what I've observed at some other chef shops) and that convinces the uneducated customer that enhanced is the only way to go. I use my same good resources on my regular brandy and it flies off the shelves. People do eventually figure out that unless you're soloing or pvping, BE brandy is a waste of money, especially when there's a good non-BE alternative. Mix it in with ahrisa and they're golden.
- oh i know you weren't meaning me
i base the idea that nonBE brandy doesn't sell well on the fact that the first batch i made, before i had a BE, i put on my vendor, and it does sell, but i still have some crates left from that one run. my BE brandy, which is priced on the high end compared to some chefs, sells almost too fast.

- /100%agree on the last point! it's so much fun seeing what else is good, and watching people become addicted to other things (most recently ahrisa).
