Ok. So Bespin Port is supposed to increase your experimentation skill and for every 10 points of experimentation skill you have, you get one point to experiment with, correct? Question is this then, I just created some BP and it's bonus is 10, but after drinking it, my food experimentation skill is still only +100/+105 (chef apron). Is Bespin broke, or am I wrong somehow?

Bespin port doesnt add to the experimentation points as a crafter. Rather, i believe it helps in your experimentation rolls leaning you to get more great successes and possibly amazing successes during experimentation.
