Only thing I always carry with me is crates of Bespin Port and Pyollian Cake for my crafting use. I've been asked for food while at starports, but I rarely leave my player city, so it's not much of an issue with me. I just politely reply that I don't have anything on me and point them in the direction of my vendors.=)
