Customers will buy your foods because they want them. Experiment with your foods the way you feel best serves your customer and you will have a market.
I agree. Everyone has different needs/wants and opinions...unless you have like zero customer base and arent having fun, I dont think anyone can really say their way is better or yours is right/wrong. But I do think its a good thing to realize that not everyone is the same or wants same thing. You may not always understand it butthats still the way it is hehe. Just do what you think is best and what you are the most comfortable with and you will be happy with your product and likely your customers will to. (they will likely go elsewhere if you dont do it the way they prefer, but someone elses customers may come toyou because you do closer to what they prefer) I think I better shutup and bake the donuts eh ![]()

Say if you make 550 buff in a stack 10 and sell it for say 4k. The chef down the road from you makes a 450 buff in a stack of 19 and also sells it for 4k.
But chefs almost universally price per use. Therefore,a stack of 10 that costs 4k would mean a stack of 19 costs 7600.
I've discussed it with my customers, and now I just charge the same price no matter what the charges are. I generally use the same quality of components and experiment them the same way, so it works out to be pretty stable.
For my BoH it all goes into power, and leftovers into duration. I try not to sell my BoH with a buff of less than 600, and my big spenders seem to enjoy the power more than the uses. My stack size is around 8-10
The only food I experiment on stack size are Sunburns, because you start at 1500s and with full experimentation, you get to what, 1800s?

Really? I am pretty sure I said I charge 500c per serving (charge).
