Highest I've gotten on Garrmorl was +307. ( was using +85 or +86 medium food additive )
It is seriously handicapped by its ingredients

I think part of it is PE is 66% so if there isn't any listing for it the OQ can only count for so much and defaults PE to ....0 ?

no, ok.. here's a nice example. A doc can craft a Stimpack A which is 66%0Q 33%PE and put 1k OQ wood into theorganic slot and 1k OQ metal into the inorganic, and be able to experiment to 100%. I've personally seen this myself.
