13 fill is cap I believe - after reaching 13 and putting 4 more points into fill I couldn't get any further.... approximately 98% on experimentation with -14 fill adds.

It's not real hard to make it 13 fill... I've done it with a few different resources.. I'm on radiant too so just check swgcraft.com to see what the best ones are for DR 75% OQ 25%... and make the best Light Filling Additive you can... I think I used 13 power Filling Adds for mine... if i come across any of my stuff that I used, I'll let ya know...

On a related note...

I'm a BE who's just started to craft the tissues for these... are you guys happy to buy the tissues with a filling bonus of 12? I'm trying to judge if that's "good".

12 is decent 13's better 14 is probally overpowered for rubybiel.

Can you please tell me what was the bio tissue value was? Is it more than +12. A value of 12 tissues gives me -2 fill on ruby.

I'm gonna try to look for better DR% water on Radiant.

Whats was the tissue's fill to achieve ruby fill +12? Is it -14 fill?
