the heavy filling additives require 35 Fruit, 40 Domesticated Meat, 45 Wild Meat, they're called carbocaloric eliminator. given that good domestic meat is a pain to get in quantity, i doubt you'd be able to find these tissues made on a vendor, probably have to special order them.
the wine i make to sell, i make with INNs and just get to 50 or 49 filling. the filling additives are SUCH a pain that i just can't think of a price that would be worth using my limited stash of good domestic meat *giggle*.
I just acquired the Mandolorian Wine Schematic, and have already experimented on using heavy filling tissues on it. I love it! I would use spiced tea, blob candy, bofa treat, and booster blue to start with, but in case of emergencies (low action or mind pool, or BH), I drank a mandolorian wine and ate a Won Won, and boom, super regen. It was a good feeling when saw it happen. 
However, if you cant find Mand Wine on your server, Accaragm is a good substitute.

Bofa Treats, Blob Candy, and Spiced Tea are all 182+ Regen and last for 58+ minutes and the best part is they are all 10 filling or less. This allows you to use more defensive/offensive foods in your mix.I will takeartisan foods over your 33 - 60 filling foods that don't even last 10 minutes every time.
