I volunteered, I am not too concerned whether or not they choose me really I just hope they actually fix something.

I volunteered in a moment of weakness as well, but I'm almost hoping I don't get picked, because right now I'm leaning towards picking up CH and just forgetting all about the buggy and underpoweredChef profession.

I applied for several reasons.
I have a LOT of time (12+ a day).
I like the idea of the chef profession, but feel as a small community, we need a louder voice to get noticed
I don't have anything better to do atm

I volunteered as I want to see the bugs fixed, have played since beta, and think I have an objective view of things.

I wonder... Will the corraspondent get a direct access to the programmer in charge of the chef profession?? If so it will be nice

I very much doubt each profession has its own programmer. That would be stupid. Most of the stuff chefs do isn't exclusively programmed for them. Like everyone else, we craft, we use factories, resource harvesters and thats about it.

Actually they do, at least they did in beta. Although I doubt that it is just the chef profession he is in charge of.
It is Raph's job to make sure all the pieces fit together.

raph is a designer. He's not any more responsible for chef then he is for any other profession. He's also a businessman and knows which jobs they can afford to neglect(and have people quit) and which ones they cant.
