Well I had 2 chefs as I hated waiting for my stomach to empty of bespin port but I can't log 3 on my comp! Guess I'll have to load SWG on to my laptop!

Anyone know what level dancer you have to be to buff chefs?

I'm a novice dancer and I was buffing a BE last night with the option to buff tailor and chef and artisan ... I think there were several other options to choose from. (I assume she's quite the busy toon! )

I'm just a dancer because I enjoy it. I don't mind hunting someone down to get the buff. That's part of the fun. But then, I also spent 3 hours last night going to all the planets and updating swgcraft.com with all the latest flora. It's just something I don't mind doing.

I opened a new account a few nights ago because I was predicting this...

I believe Novice Dancer gives you the skills needed to choose and give the Chef/Artisan buff, but the furthur up the tree u go, the faster u give the buff...I may however be wrong...

Also some stuff is Musician, not Dancer...but not anything that affects us.

You're wasting your time and your skill points. You'll soon discover that this buff is a joke, it's poinless, useless and a timewaster.

Yesterday I'd crafted 44 stimpack D, and gained the same result I'd obtained pre pub 23. The phantomatic 2% bonus on resources stat is totally absorbed when the system round off the experimentation result. Also, I've obtained less amazing success I was used to have before, with the old buff system. Anyway, if this new system should work properly, tell me, would be so relevant the difference in a blob candy with +184 instead of +183?

This buff is only smoke in our eyes, they are lieing us and we should say them we are not so stupid. Aren't we?

Well I already had a spare alt I was at a loose end with so no extra expenditure but I am unsure how useful it wil be.

Oh and I now think that Master Dancer gives a longer lasting buff and does it quicker so yes Master Dancer will be more helpful.

The inspiration buff does not apply to BE Tissue or Med Crafting. Jedi are considered crafters, but not BE's.

Anyhoo, my main is my dancer. Have no alts

While the stats are not that different with the buff, I've found that I really do seem to be getting amazings much easier than before (not being scientific here, but definitely feel like it's been a lot easier). That alone makes the buff worthwhile for any chef worth their salt.

I refuse to go looking for dancers and am lucky enough to have a spare char to do this with and therefore have decided to make my own dancer to get my own buffs. How many of youa re doing the same?

Already used a random alt's token respec to get 0400 dancer.../sigh.

Still 5000x better than having to run to a cantina everytime I switch crafting types

It's not actually pointless, since I was crafting Kiwik Clusjo Swirl for 273 xp pre-patch and now i'm getting 312 xp. I'm pretty excited, actually!

Just realised that Dancers won't benefit that much if many of us are making our own to buff ourselves! Bit of a waste of a perfectly good alt but gotta be done!
