some other info I thought might be useful to understand my situation.
I am on the planetary map.
I use a +15 tool with a +43 station
All my schematics hit amazing before they go to the factory
I have a merchand droid which i spam with occasionally at the starport
Ihave 14 factories plus 18 dynamic lotsat my disposal
My vendor usually has between 300-400 crates on it at a time
umm....... yea thats all I can think of right now.

Bark with your char in coronet.... it works quite well.
people need to know that you are there. and unless they spot someone shouting about it, they will most likely use their regular supplier.
it worked quite well for me in the beginning.
But you NEED to stock the top-sellers. That'll be Brandy, Canape, Ahrisa and Bivoli.
Without them, it's almost guaranteed that people will seek out other chefs.

I agree. People may still buy some of the different foods from you, but if they have to go somewhere else for Brandy, most likely they will buy their other foods there as well.

JTL is the reason why. Once everyone gets over the ooooohs and aaaaahs of space they will come back, just make sure you are still spamming your shop when they come back to ground.

Also, people are lazy. They would rather spend the 20% more, than drive 2km more to a cheaper vendor.

Take a crate of a few different things and split off some singles for the Bazaar. Edit the item description to advertise the waypoint of your vendor.
Also try putting a line or two out on the the auction chat tab.
Generally the first thing many folks do whenlanding at a starport is /addignore any barkers. I do this all the time myself. When I'm looking for something, I'll pop open the auction tab and scroll through it for what I want....it is the same list of folks that are spamming, but I don't have to catch the spam.

You must stock Brandy.
If all other foods disappeared, this is the one most players cannot live without. Without Brandy no Chef vendor can be considered well-stocked, even if it has 1000 crates of every other food there is on it.Rarely having Bivoli isn't going to help you out either.
A variety of foods is good, as are low prices... but if you don't sell the products most people want, they'll find a Chef who does.

LOCATION: Because this game has created alot of time stinks it is most imporant for someone to get what they need quicker than the waste real life time to save fake money.

Ok ive beenworking asa chef for just short of 2 months now. Everything i have cooked up to date was at 11 pts with good resources. I stock tons of canape, steak, veghash, vercupti, ahrisa, pollyian cake, travel biscuits, and tons of other stuff. I make +25 bivoli every once in a while too. My food is priced around 20% lower than my competitors and I still dont do any business. Also my cooking is right on par with most of my competitors. Yea my shop is a little out of the way, but its only 3 min from coronet.
Right now my business plan to pull out of this mess is to start selling excellent brandy and bivoli in bulk. I am also opening a second vendor in a higher traffic mall. Also I just bought the last parts of my suit and am at +25 experimentation now.
Im trying to figure out why I averageone or less sales a day here and im drawing a blank. Is it because I dont stock brandy? location? people dont like my name? should i try advertising more? Im drawing a blank here. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Is there a way to actually attach the waypoint into my sales on the bazaar? If not is there a copy/paste command for swg?

You can't attach a wp to your sales, but you *can* name your food with the wp in the name so that people are always looking at it.
Also, there most definitely is a way to copy and paste in swg. You need to go to ctrl+O > controls > click "keymap" at the bottom of the window > select the chat tab > scroll down until you see cut/copy/paste > then click "rebind" on each one and bind it to whatever set of keys you like (I use ctrl+alt+c for copy, etc., etc.). > click "done" and you're ready to go.

I could have sworn that I had purchased plenty of things with waypoints in the 'Seller's Description of Item' box, although I've never tried adding things there since I don't have a vendor. I'll give it a try and follow up tonight; but as mentioned above, you can indeed put it in the actual name of a few hand crafted items.People do this quite frequently and list the item as an auction rather than instant sale so it stays on the bazaar longer.

Location and advertising is the key. Out side Cnet, not 2km away, take 5 minute each way, a waste of time. ADvertise with barker droids, planetary map (a must), trade forums, anything that you can do. Good thing to do is have a Barker droid in Cnet, and yourself in Theed spamming your stuff. Helps alot.
