Thread: Why would you want Angerian fishak when you got spiced tea?

Spiced tea, un experimented gives about 50 mind for 30minutes with a filling of 11. That means you can drink 9 of them.

50x9 is 450 mind ham.

450 mind ham for 30 minutes versus present fishak of ca 500-600 mind for 15minutes.

It looks to me that spiced tea is the fishak of the new revamp and novice artisans can make it.

Am I wrong?

yea but then you can drink for another half hour. And its certainly inline that novice artisan is better than master chef food. Fishak...take, wears off, drink again...no downtime.

1.) The fact that the best mind buffing can be done by a novice artisan is great for the users, but horrible for the chefs since that was a lifeblood to many of us economically. Now every armoursmith, architect, and tailor will be selling this stuff.

2.) Its not as good as it looks at first. Usually when you were done with that 500-600 mind for 15 minutes you could drink another one. WIth the new "digestive systems" you may get your 400 for 30 mins. But now you will not be unable to DRINK ANYTHING else for 30 mins. afterward.

This will completey kill a profit center for us, AND piss off the players (our customers).

Well, if sciguyCO tells us here is true (and I believe it is):

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=chef&message.id=21868

then you would have a 15 minute period of not being able to drink. But, with some experimenting this could prove to be a great buff and with careful consumption the downtime would be minimal.

Just my two cents.

hopefully so. But even still, whats a novice art food doing better than master chef food. In addition to that, in no way is it superior to fishak as the title infers.

So the best mind buff in the game is a novice artisan food? Why do I get more flusterated with this nerf every time I read a new post? As a Master chef we should NEVER even think about selling artisan foods. That is just my 2 cents. If there aresome thingsthat are worth buying in the artisan line fine, but our current best seller should not be an artisan food. I sold charde which was an artisan item, but the buff and duration was less, AND it cost less to make. Perfect balance. The best chefs are going to be master artisans? **edit**.

yeah....imagine that you're a Master Weaponsmith, and your best seller is a CDEF pistol...

great.

There is a Mixology III drink that does the same thing except it adds 450 to Mind, Focus and Willpower.

And the duration is superior.

Please, let's not start jumping to conclusions. A) We don't even know what all the buffs do yet, B) Yes, there is a mixology III drink that is an improvement over this.

According to the list of revamped buffs, vasarian brandy buffs all 3 stats for 136, with 45ish filling. No where close to 450. Which drink are you speaking of?

I had a friend who made it for +150 Mind, Focus and Willpower and had 33% filling. Take three of those, and that is 450.

well that does sound better we only have the list thats posted to go by and it looks rather dismal. If people get substantially different results, it might help to stim the tide of OMG this sucks if they post better results so people will know its not really as bad as it seems.
