What about getting a camo pack applied by a ranger? If more than one person can milk the same animal (not even sure if that's possible), non-scouts can get camo'ed to improve the harvest.

Yes, if you are maskscented or concealed, you can get milk. I'm not sure about from the same animal, but I don't believe so. Also, milk quantity doesn't depend on any harvesting skill, just the size of the animal. 
Was hoping Rangers could get a lot more for us, but no dice.

You don't just walk up to them and start grabbing at them trying to milk them, that won't get you anywhere.... you have lay on the charm a bit.

Well I was just on Test Center and it looks like you can't keep milking the same animal anymore. Someone said that you could milk an animal, walk away till it vanished from your radar and when you returned and it respawned you could milk it again.
The devs have removed this however.... it looks like they have really jacked up the amount of milk you can get from creatures. My average seems to be 25 nowand I milked another Fambaa today for 101 milk. (before I got maybe 40-50, not is is more like 80-100)
