Trust me, I've brought it up with the devs, along wtih the tailor correspondant.

To be fair, it's not really something that can be "hotfixed". From some discussions with the Art guy(s) at fan fest, a single piece of clothing actually has a different model for just about every species, and in some cases a different model for male/female as well. When the clothing is equipped, the game engine picks the appropriate model for your character's species/gender so it shows up right. If it was just a problem of the "wookiee_wearable =no" option getting flipped, it would've been fixed a while ago. New art assests have a pretty long pipeline to get into the game (I suspect because they have to get cleared by LucasArts).

The other option I proposed was to have an apron-like piece of clothing using existing art (maybe the jerkin) with the same bonus. The problem that brings up is: how does the new clothing get into the game? The "variety" selection tailors used to have with the schematic (where they got to pick the model actually used for the apron) caused all sorts of problems. If the wookiee version is a different schematic given as a quest reward, how do you determine how many to give? Or does it only get given to wookiees who complete the quest? And then, what about wookiee crafters who can't/won't/don't do the quest?

They should just make an NPC that you can trade your existing Apron into for a wookie version.

This has gone on long enough.

Keeping this bumped. I want to hear some official answers about when this is going to be resolved. I am tired of it being kicked under the carpet and being treated like a 2nd class crafter.

I dont see how trading them in like we did with the non-ch pets would be a hard thing for them to do. I WANT AN APRON!

Reminds me of that stupid Tusken glove with +6 food experimentation a friend of a friend found... I so much wanted that...

but i'm female rodian...

*sniffs*

well then... if I told people I wear a tusken glove while kneading dough, they might throw up and never come back to my shop...

but then that might also happen if they find out whats actually in some of the stuff they drink/eat...
