Hello there fellow Chefs,
I have just had someone say that they though Burnout Sauce is broken. I've never tried it out myself, anda quick flick through the Chef forums brought up no threads saying it was broken, so I was wondering if anyone else has tested it and if anyone has any idea why people might think it's broken?
Thanks.

I've been told by several people that it has no effect, and i remember someone saying about a post in the tka forums about it.
Would be good to know as i've stopped selling it because i heard it was bugged.

i haven't heard a thing about it being broken. i sell a bunch of it at +25, folks doing the unarmed grind swear by it. if it's a placebo effect i'd sure like to know.

Burnout, Citrus Snow Cake and a speed sliced VK is how I ground out the unarmed tree. Did it work? You bet! I definitelynoticed a difference when the effect wore off

It works but I think the + damage goes on after all the mods for specials, so once you get novice tka it's pretty useless. For unarmed when you're doing next to no damage you see the +25 ( ish ) pretty clear but at novice when you start hitting for 900ish damage you see almost no increase.
I've mastered tka 4 times now on 2 toons so I know it works

Ya, +25 doing a special that has a 2.5x multiplier, who notices 25 more damage since it gets added in after the multiplier? Where I am curious is does it work when you have VK's equipped?
If it was added before the damage multiplier for a special, then it would be worthwhile.

Ah ha, it's now becoming clear why people might think it's broken.
Many thanks.
