There is a new site www.swg-resources.com that is being made for searching resources for specific professions.

Architect Added to Resource Search
Architect has been added to the professions in the Profession Search for resources. The list now stands at
- Architect
- Armorsmith
- Bio-Engineer
- Chef
- Combat Medic
- Doctor
- Droid Engineer
- Weaponsmith

New Resources Table
SWG-Resources.com home page has been upgraded to show the newly found resources on your server/galaxy. The server is picked up from up the server you select in the resosurce source on the Resources page. This is useful for regular visitors as it shows them instantly what's new.

Droid Engineer Added to Resource Search
Droid Egineer has been added to the professions in the Profession Search for resources.

New Guild Forum
SW-Resources is now providing a free Guild Forum for all SWG Guilds. The forum can be public or private depending on your requirements. See the Guild Forums area on SWG-Resources.com for details.

New Search Available
We have upgraded swg-resources.com with a new search. In addition to the profession search for resources you can now search for any one resource (on the resource tree) on any server. This give you the ability to search for higher level definitions eg "organics" or "metal" and not just the individual resource.
The search has powerful filter functions so you can optionally filter by planet or resource attribute, as well as select a sort sequence based on the resource attribute.
Visit our site at www.swg-resources.com and check it out. 1000's of users are using our site to find the resource that best suits thier needs.

Nice,
I get 1-starred for for giving someone praise for their website.
I think it's outstanding how it organizes all the resources for whatever crafting profession you need, with just one click, and not havign to know what all the resources you need of the top of your head.
As far as the site not workign earlier, well, it's worked for me all night tonight, so it may have just been a hick-up. (edit: what, you dont expect the internet to be perfect do you? *cough**cough**soe's forums**cough*)

Very nice indeed! This will be at least as good as the elder site!
A question: since I am none of the professions listed, just a humble energy gatherer/seller, I am having trouble finding my sole interest among resources there: radioactives. Are they listed, and under which profession?
- found class7 radioactive under combat medic, but this is not how one would want to look for it.
- where is high-grade polymeric radioactive?

That could be another thing to implement, a search by resource type and show what schematics use it. This hopfully should also show what resources are in more demand.
I will add that to my toimplement list

Hey,
Very nice site 
One thing I would like to see though, is a list of harvestable creatures after the planet and number of days for the creature resources. For example, after the Corellian Herbivore Meat, Corellia (2), you could have Bagersat, Vynock, Krahbu.

Very nice layout, but the resources themselves aren't updated for Tempest. The Yavin 4 wooly for example hasn't been around in a couple of weeks. As a Ranger, I would use this daily if it were maintained.

wow, nice detail, I can see alot of work went into this.... 5* for help making the Crafting world a little more easier...
SWGCraft.com and now this site, area vary much needed extention of my crafting professions!!

Nice site but I do have some constructive criticism for you. The results page from a resource query is not colored very well. It is hard to read the black text on the blue at a glance, and the little red box around the high-quality resources does not stand out enough.
Overall a good tool though

Will tailor resources be added? I know the stats don't matter to us but there are still named resources we try to track down
