I'd say make it. The change to doctor buffs involved removing the "random factor" (why you'd sometimes get +900 buffs, sometimes +2500 from the same doc with the same packs). After the publish, the power of the buff will be based only on the power of the pack, any bonuses from medcenter/camp/droid, the buffed player's BF and the doc's wound treatment skill. Keep all those the same, they always get the same results. Improve one and they get better results: buff in a ranger camp or by a droid with +110 med, use more powerful packs, or improve wound treatment skill with BE enhanced clothes or Bivoli.
I'm not sure how else the overall buff is going to change (since the devs won't have to worry about 3k+ buffs, they may have increased the base value), but if nothing else the bonus from bivoli will be more apparent in the doctor's results.
**edit**
One more thing: the crafting experimentation change will be in tomorrow's publish, but will be removed in a hotfix later this week (JustG's post in the "In Testing" forum said Wednesday), so while that's in effect your experimentation is going to be different. I'm not sure myself whether it'll be better or worse (if you focus solely on Nutrition, it might be better), just different.

I'd say make it NOW. We tested some 25.06 Bivoli we made and got 4100+ buffs at times *woo*. It will make even more of a diff (as sciguyco said) as the randomness will be taken out and a set forumula applied so any pluses = BIG pluses. +25.XX food just owns for docs after the publish

Wait you mean they are not going through with the proposed crafting changes after all?

I knocked up a quick ASP calculator for my PA mates yesterday so they could see the difference Bivoli makes.
Feel free to take a look, if it's down, my PC at home decided not to play ball

I have never really used Bivoli because of the cost, I don't buff for cash often so not worth having it and people are happy with any buff 2000+ anyway, but now a mate has gone Master Chef I cannot believe how expensive it really is (I expect its expensive on most, if not all, servers).
Even though my doc really only buffs me and my chef mate a steady free supply of bivoli is a nice addition.
Hmm, just been through this post and realised it's totally pointless.
Ah well.

Radiant has nearly the same prices. +24/14min/3uses = 200k - 250k a crate of 25. That makes buffs expensive. Also, it means I wont use it if I am only buffing one person. Its not worth it. I now charge 9k/6 stats. It is totally worth using though. At +24, it boosts each stat close to +200. In heavy combat, that can mean the difference between life, dirtnap, or death. Several people pay me 10k for the buffs, too. That doesn't hurt.
Tip: Don't use bivoli if you arent selling more than one or two buffs or it isnt worth the cost, and dont bother if you are buffing yourself or a friend and wont need to squeeze out that extra +150 - +200 points.

We have 24.30/14min/3uses at 35K a crate on test center, with my 929 packsI get 2544 for each stat. The bivoli really is a real help in that I find that I do not need janta blood to make a very solid buff for my customers.

3 uses and 25 per crate. +24 for 14minutes 48 seconds. 200K a crate (I bought 2 for now)
If I'm doing the buff bot deal then I use it on all buffs which are priced at 10K. If I'm only buffing one person I wont' use it unless they pay a 2K premium (for a total of 12K).
